Noise suppression

Say goodbye to barking dogs, clacking keyboards, and coffee machines. With noise cancelling, unwanted sounds should be reduced, but BVC (Background Voice Cancellation) goes further, isolating your voice for crystal-clear calls. Perfect for contact centres, or busy home offices!
Call reporting

With our new Call Report feature in the Softphone, you can quickly capture technical issues right after a call ends. Simply flag the problem, and all the relevant call details are automatically recorded for you.
This feature doesn’t directly notify our support team. Instead, it acts as a smart triage tool, giving you everything you need in one place so you can easily report the issue when you’re ready - without the usual back and forth to gather call details.
The result = Faster, more efficient support interactions. Complete information from the start, helping issues get understood and resolved sooner, so you can get back to smooth, uninterrupted Devyce calls.

Our new UI

We’re continuing to upgrade the Devyce Softphone to make it faster, cleaner, and more intuitive to use. A refreshed UI now includes clear, collapsible dividers that separate your call summary from follow-up actions keeping everything organised and distraction-free. Draft SMS messages and AI-powered email follow-ups are now easier to access, helping you act instantly after every call.
