We’re incredibly proud of what our Product and Development teams have been building behind the scenes this month and we are excited to start sharing it with you.
Data Link is here, making it easier to capture the value from every conversation and automatically bring the right information into your CRM. We’ve also introduced new ways to re-sync records, customise Sensei’s outcomes, and create custom AI prompts — giving you even more control over how Devyce works for your team.
Here’s what’s new
Data Link - Now in Early Access for Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere and Mercury

Customise which CRM fields Devyce can update from call summaries. After a call, review suggested changes, approve or edit mismatches, or bulk update contact/record cards in your CRM.Less admin. Better data.

Contact Re-Sync

We’ve improved the CRM re-sync workflow to make it easier to fix duplicate contacts or mismatches between a call summary and the correct candidate/contact profile.
You can now re-sync calls using the CRM ID, URL or contact number, helping ensure your calls and recordings are linked to the right record. More accurate reporting, with everything linked to the right CRM record.
Feature Spotlight - AI call questions

Get the insights that matter from every call. Create custom AI call questions for each activity type, tailored to what your team needs to capture from different conversations.
Devyce will use these questions to surface relevant information in your call summaries. Check the Knowledge Base below to learn more about setting up custom call questions.
Don’t have access to this feature? Reach out to your Account Manager or our Support team at support@devyce.com.
Customisable Sensei Objectives

Make every coaching insights more relevant.
Set custom call descriptions and coaching objectives for each call tag, giving Sensei context on what the call was about and what the user should be achieving.
Sensei then uses these objectives to deliver more targeted, actionable feedback on each conversation.
