AI summary translation

Global teams just got more aligned. Devyce can now automatically detect the language spoken on calls and generate summaries to match. Need consistency for your CRM? You can also set summaries to always be created in a fixed language, making reporting, collaboration, and customer records seamless across international teams.
User groups

Organise teams your way with Devyce User Groups. Create clear organisation charts, set permission levels, and control access to stats and data - so team members only see information relevant to their role and team. Perfect for keeping reporting focused, secure, and easy to manage at scale.
Holiday scheduling

Plan ahead for Easter, Christmas, and other holidays with automated holiday scheduling. Override your normal working hours in advance, set a custom voicemail or text-to-speech message, and keep callers informed-without needing to log in on the day. Less admin, more time to enjoy the holiday!
Dashboards
