Our plans are not intended for cold-calling or power dialing. Our Solo plan includes unlimited minutes, but the number of calls is subject to a fair usage policy. On our Solo plan, if you make more than 100 calls/day, 300 calls/week or 600 calls/month your account will be limited. Further limits apply to free trials. We find that small businesses and individuals are not impacted by these limits. Similar limits apply to SMS*, to help prevent spamming.
Our Teams plan does not have fixed limits, but is also not designed for automated dialing. If we find that your use is excessive we will contact you to discuss a solution.

* 250 parts per month – longer SMSs may be composed of multiple parts
